Getting Your Results
Your doctor will advise you when they expect the results to arrive at the practice. You need to see your doctor to find out your results and ask what they mean for your care. As a standard policy, this practice does not provide any test results or doctor reports over the phone for confidentiality reasons. An appointment with the doctor is required.
Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We try our best to maintain an efficient reminder system for our practice.
Your doctor will seek your permission to include you in our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care as well as reminder of your upcoming appointment or advise to see your doctor to discuss any pending results that warrants a discussion with your doctor.
